Some KU programs have admission requirements that must be met in order for students to pursue majors in those areas.  Whether you are not quite ready for admission when you begin your time at KU or if you make a decision to change your major into one of these programs while here, we have a route for you to gain the skills and requirements needed for successful entry.  While working toward admission, you will be in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences as a pre-professional student.  Each of the pre-professional routes below require you to meet specific course, GPA, or other admission criteria before you can apply as a current student.  Your Academic Advisor will help guide you toward your program of choice and work with you to ensure you are prepared for the experience.
